- Advising Live Nation on multiple transactions, including the acquisition of Ziggo Domme & AFAS live, the most prominent concert venues in the Netherlands.
- Advising Crisp B.V., the leading Dutch online organic supermarket player, on a €75 million equity financing from its existing investors, new investors and venture debt financing provided by Triple Point Capital and the strategic acquisitions of De Eetfabriek and De Krat.
- Advising Invest-NL, Estari and Quadia Capital on its investment in Dott, a provider of shared e-bikes and e-scooters in multiple cities throughout Europe.
- Advising SunOpta, Inc. on the €330 million sale of its Tradin Organic Food business to Amsterdam Commodities N.V.
- Advising Arnold Participaties, a holding company encompassing Olympia, Ennea and Vondel&Nassau, on the acquisition of VAPRO.
