William Hupp is a litigation associate based in Washington DC, focusing on class actions and complex litigation.

Before joining the firm, he clerked for the Hon. Ginger K. Gooch of the Supreme Court of Missouri and the Hon. Kristine G. Baker of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

During law school, William served as editor-in-chief of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal, participated in the First Amendment Clinic, and interned at the Federal Communications Commission. He earned his B.A. from Emory University and studied history as a visiting student at St. Peter’s College, University of Oxford.
