About Yoshiaki

Yoshiaki Yoshimura’s practice is focused on transactional, corporate and governance matters for major Japanese institutional clients, including the largest department store holding company and operator in Japan and Japan’s energy business company.

He specializes in domestic and international transactions, including M&A, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and reorganizations, joint ventures, and litigation. 

Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs in 2014, he worked for two prominent law firms before joining Mamiya Law Offices in 2008.

Yoshiaki is a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association
