Which big issues are keeping you awake at night, and what presents the biggest threat to your business in the year ahead?

We are delighted to invite you to join us for “The Great Debate”, in which an expert panel will debate three of the biggest geopolitical issues of 2024. Our guests will have the opportunity to question the panel and then vote on which is the biggest concern. This will provide you with invaluable insight into the hottest topics affecting all businesses and industries in the year ahead, while also learning how they are perceived by your peers.

The event will be introduced and chaired by former UK ambassador, and now international affairs advisor at the firm, Matthew Kirk. Matthew will set the scene with some insightful commentary on the major political themes for 2024, before handing over to our speakers. Matthew will then chair a panel Q&A where you will have the chance to quiz our speakers before you place your vote.

The three mega issues being debated will be:

  • Severe economic headwinds – Argued by West Midlands Bank of England Agent, Graeme Chaplin.
  • Climate change and ESG – Argued by Squire Patton Boggs Environmental, Safety & Health Director, Anita Lloyd.
  • AI and cyber-risk – Argued by Squire Patton Boggs Director of Technology Service, Jon Collins.

Come along and have your say!
