Primary and secondary exits to Western European private equity (PE) funds are on the rise. Co-investments by Czech PE and, mainly, venture capital (VC) funds into Western European assets are becoming increasingly frequent given the number of growing VC investments. Czech family offices and private investors find the Czech market too small to place all their available financial resources locally. Return expectations from CEE investments do not materially exceed those from Western European markets. As a result, many players in the Czech market find themselves dealing more often with their Western European colleagues.
During our event, we will present current trends in Western European PE and VC, exploring how these trends translate into the CEE region.
