UK Social Mobility Conference

In conjunction with the Social Mobility Business Partnership, Smart Works and Tent Partnership for Refugees, our half-day Social Mobility Conference explored the increasing importance of improving this key area for businesses, their locality and employees. Speakers discussed the principles of social mobility, how different businesses approach it from recruitment, retention and progression, and the support social mobility organisations can deliver.

The programme featured keynote speakers from social mobility groups and an insightful panel discussion with business leaders from Greggs plc, University of Law, Pennon Group plc, NewDay and Northern Asian Power.
