Squire Patton Boggs has won the 2023 Firm of the Year award in the LNG & Logistics category at the 10th Legalcommunity Energy Awards.
Partners Marco Crusafio and Daniela Sabelli accepted the prize on behalf of the firm at the event in Milan, attended by more than 600 professionals associated with the energy industry, on 26 January 2023.
The annual Legalcommunity awards ceremony is the occasion to celebrate the excellence of those law firms active in the energy and infrastructure sector in Italy and which have distinguished themselves most during the year.
In recognizing Squire Patton Boggs, the judges observed “The firm has fully grasped the acceleration that has taken place in this specific sector thanks to the international economic situation by assisting a major foreign operator in its huge investments in Italy over the past year.”
Squire Patton Boggs and several of its Milan office lawyers were also shortlisted in a number of specialist categories, highlighting the breadth of the firm’s offering in the energy sector space.
