Squire Patton Boggs has acted for the management team of UK-based accounting firm Burgess Hodgson on a strategic investment from US private equity firm Abry Partners. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
The Squire Patton Boggs team was led by Corporate partner Mark Yeo and included Matt Lappin, James Le Seelleur, Summer Prior and Sophie Pritchard from the Corporate practice, Reem Al-Saady and Jan Lucas from the Labour & Employment practice, Chris Hastings from the Financial Services practice, Andrew Sprake and Pippa Botham from the Real Estate practice and Patrick Ford and Tom Barr from the Tax Strategy & Benefits practice.
