Squire Patton Boggs Wins “National Legal Team of the Year” and Paul Mann Crowned “Rainmaker of the Year” at 2025 Yorkshire Rainmaker Awards

Squire Patton Boggs has won “National Legal Team of the Year” and Paul Mann has been crowned “Rainmaker of the Year” at TheBusinessDesk’s  Yorkshire Rainmaker Awards.

It was also a clean sweep in the deal awards, with the firm also winning Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) for advising BGF on its funding into Boxphish; Medium Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) for NorthEdge’s sale of Cutwel to Inflexion, and Large Deal of the Year (over £50m) for the investment into Hippo Digital by Exponent Private Equity.

Partner Hannah Kendrick was shortlisted for Changemaker of the  Year and senior associate Josh Astill-Headley was shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year.
