Squire Patton Boggs has acted for SilverTree and Perwyn in the acquisition by its portfolio company SALESmanago, a leading European Customer Engagement Platform, on the acquisition of Thulium, an omnichannel, AI-powered eCommerce-focused customer service solution based in Poland.
