Squire Patton Boggs has won Corporate Law Firm of the Year for the second consecutive year at Insider’s 2025 Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards.
The firm “impressed the judges with its impressive deal stats and testimonials” noting that the team had completed more than 50 deals valued at just under £4 billion, an increase of 35 per cent in total value year-on-year.
The firm was also shortlisted in 9 other award categories, including Joshua Astill-Headley for Emerging Dealmaker of the Year and Paul Mann for Dealmaker of the Year.
