Zayna Abu-Geras advises on corporate governance and regulatory matters, corporate and business structuring and commercial contracting arrangements, where she predominately acts for clients in the energy and natural resources sector.

Zayna’s corporate transactional experience includes advising on due diligence and preparation for stock exchange listings and domestic and cross-border acquisitions, establishing new corporate business structures and acting for clients on corporate governance matters.

Zayna advises on the drafting and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts, including operations and maintenance agreements, power purchase and other electricity supply agreements, commodities offtake agreements and goods and services procurement agreements.

Zayna also has experience acting for energy sector clients on the regulatory aspects of their operations, such as compliance with local electricity market rules and regulations.
