Jost Arnsperger is a partner in the Corporate Finance team in Berlin. He has broad experience as a business and transactional lawyer. As such, he advises companies on national and cross-border transactions, restructurings, outsourcing, financings, privatisations, joint ventures and commercial dispute resolutions. Further, Jost advises on general corporate, compliance and commercial matters.

His work includes the advising and representing of medium-sized and major industrial companies, in a diverse range of businesses in the fields of automotive, transportation, IT, technology, life sciences, sports and the public sector.

He also advises and represents companies in national and international commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as in out of court dispute resolution.

Jost can draw upon many years of experience as general counsel of a major Canadian industry group and as a member of boards of various companies. For executives and managers, Jost is a first point of contact coordinating the advice of colleagues across other special departments and jurisdictions and providing legal and strategic corporate advice.

He is active in several non-profit organisations.
