Lily Berman Landolt is an associate in the Phoenix office, where she focuses on public finance and infrastructure matters for state agencies, cities, towns, counties, community development districts, electrical districts, universities, 501(c)(3) corporations and school districts. She has assisted as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower’s counsel in a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings. Her experience includes financings secured by property taxes, special assessments, project revenues, special sales taxes, utility systems revenues, pledged revenues, municipal leases and certificates of participation.

While attaining her JD at Arizona State University, Lily served as the executive note and comment editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. Additionally, she volunteered with the Human Rights Global Brigades, traveling to Panama on a pro bono trip to provide free legal services to rural Panamanian women. She graduated with high distinction in pro bono.

  • Representing BofA Securities, Inc. as underwriter’s counsel on the issuance of approximately US$78.6 million town of Queen Creek, Arizona, excise tax and state shared revenue obligations.
