Jorge Boguñá focuses his practice on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, in particular advising national and international clients on the design and negotiations in corporate transactions throughout the different phases of the process, from preliminary agreements to their execution, and in its different modalities (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, distress M&A, etc.). He also has experience in general corporate advice, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
