Nicole Brenner is an associate in our Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group based in our New York office. She is a regular contributor to the firm’s Global IP & Technology Law blog.

During law school at Fordham University, Nicole worked as a legal intern in the Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she advised pro bono clients and small businesses on trademark and IP contract-related matters.

Nicole was a judicial intern for Judge Kenneth Karas in the Southern District of New York, where she assisted the clerks with legal research and drafting opinions. She served as a notes and articles editor on the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, where she edited student notes and comments on topics ranging from AI and copyright issues to patent matters. As a member on Fordham Law’s Moot Court Board, she helped draft a bench memo related to the Communications Decency Act.

Prior to law school, Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and science in society from Wesleyan University. After graduation, she worked as a litigation paralegal at another New York law firm and assisted with document management, depositions and hearing preparation.
