Jaimie Buchbinder focuses her civil litigation practice on defending corporations in state and federal court, primarily in product liability cases in the automotive industry. Most recently, Jaimie has focused on coordinating the defense of US and Canadian litigation for a major, premier European automobile manufacturer. She has been involved in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation, fact and expert discovery, dispositive and pre-trial motions, trial preparation, and trials, both virtual and in-person.

Prior to joining the firm, Jaimie practiced at a large national firm, where she gained experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation. She also previously served as a law clerk to two Special Masters at the US Court of Federal Claims in Washington DC.

Jaimie attended American University, Washington College of Law, where she served as an articles editor on the Business Law Review and participated in the civil litigation clinic. She obtained her undergraduate degree in business administration from Boston University.
