Angélique Charrier
Senior Associate
Angélique Charrier is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice based in the Paris office. She specialises in real estate, construction and urban planning matters.
Angélique assists her clients in their contractual needs (including in relation to leases, construction agreements and sub-contractors), advising and negotiating by their side.
In addition, Angélique has strong experience in litigation and dispute resolution, representing clients before French civil, commercial and administrative courts.
Angélique joined the firm in 2022 and prior to that, she performed in real estate law firms.
- Handling a secondment as an in-house lawyer in a French property developer company, acting at the heart of the activity of the construction sector.
- Advising on all aspects of real estate law.
- Representing clients before civil, commercial and administrative courts and assisting clients in forensic examinations.
- Providing assistance to property developers and their operational teams throughout their construction projects.
