Anjuli Chatterjee
Associate
Anjuli Chatterjee is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group. She advises on a wide variety of regulatory matters including the implementation of, and compliance with, regulatory rules and legislation relating to the financial services sector in the UK. Anjuli also advises on the formation, regulation and ongoing activities of investment funds of all asset classes, including private equity, real estate, venture capital and private credit.
- Advising Octopus Healthcare on its healthcare fund and related projects.
- Advising fund managers (including debut fund managers) of credit, private equity and venture capital funds with social and impact-focused objectives.
- Advising pension funds on investing in venture capital and private equity funds.
- Advising on whether proposed activities are regulated and, if so, advising on the necessary authorisations and permissions required.
- Advising on ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Drafting business and sector specific anti-money laundering policies and advising on compliance policies and procedures, including on manuals and monitoring.
- Advising on the implementation of regulatory regimes, such as the senior managers and certification regimes.
- Advising on financial promotions.
- Advising on FCA registrations and notifications, including change in control notifications.
