Anjuli Chatterjee is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group. She advises on a wide variety of regulatory matters including the implementation of, and compliance with, regulatory rules and legislation relating to the financial services sector in the UK. Anjuli also advises on the formation, regulation and ongoing activities of investment funds of all asset classes, including private equity, real estate, venture capital and private credit.
