Jessica is a Professional Support Lawyer and Solicitor within the Pensions team.

As a Professional Support Lawyer, Jessica is responsible for ensuring her colleagues within the UK Pensions team and elsewhere in the firm are kept informed of new developments in pensions legislation and practice. Jessica focuses on the details of new and evolving legislation to identify resulting opportunities and risks for pension plan employers and trustees, and assist with technical client matters. Jessica also presents and organizes training sessions and seminars for the UK Pensions team, other colleagues within the firm and clients.

Jessica is an author and editor of client publications, press articles and explanatory materials published by the Pensions team.

Prior to taking on her current Professional Support Lawyer role, Jessica worked as a solicitor within the Pensions team and gained considerable practical experience advising trustees and employers on their legal obligations in respect of ongoing occupational pension plans and plan wind ups. Jessica has also advised both employer and trustee clients on the pensions aspects of group restructuring exercises and corporate transactions, and strategies for reducing funding deficits in defined benefit pension plans. In addition, Jessica has been involved in independent trustee work. 

Jessica is a full member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers.
