  • Assisted a government body with its leasing portfolio, including provision of leasing advice, and preparation of leases, subleases, licence agreements (for commercial, retail and agricultural premises) and ancillary Landgate documentation.
  • Acted for a private investor in relation to preparation and negotiation of an agreement for lease – and the lease – for the development of a retail shop and petrol station.
  • Acted for, and assisted, a private investor on the acquisition of multiple parcels of industrial land, including providing title advice and completing settlement.
  • Acted for, and assisted, a private investor on the development of a residential strata subdivision, including preparing the sale contract and completing settlement of newly created lots.
  • Acted for, and assisted, a local government in the variation of lease of a high-profile sporting ground, including the provision of leasing advice and preparation of lease documents.
  • Acted for, and assisted, several local governments in relation to the redevelopment of golf courses, including preparation of development agreements, management agreements and leases.
  • Acted for a local government in relation to the redevelopment and long-term lease of a caravan park.
  • Acted for, and assisted, a local government in relation to the redevelopment of Forrest Chase, including the review and negotiation of a range of documents, including a development agreement and a suite of leasing and licensing documents.

  • Acted for a local government in relation to the preparation of documents to secure the provision of community benefit items required by conditions of development approval, including preparation of development agreements, easements and provision of associated advice.
