James Collis is a specialist banking and finance lawyer based in London. James has extensive experience advising borrowers and lenders on investment grade and sub-investment grade transactions. He also has particular expertise in cross-border leveraged finance and restructuring transactions, as well as experience of a wide variety of other financing techniques, including lending to funds.
