Dan Colman is an associate in the Financial Services Practice, based in London. His practice covers domestic and cross-border non-contentious banking and finance transactions, with a focus on asset-based lending and real estate finance. Dan has experience acting for banks, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers.

Dan was previously a paralegal within the Financial Services team in London. He also completed his training with the firm, gaining experience in corporate M&A, real estate, pensions and arbitration. Dan has also undertaken a secondment with a banking client of the firm.
