Dan Colman
Associate
Dan Colman is an associate in the Financial Services Practice, based in London. - Acted on the borrower side of a £75 million term and revolving credit facility for a global private aviation company.
- Acted for a corporate borrower in relation to a £7.2 million term loan facility with a Taiwanese bank.
- Acted for a UK property group on its refinancing of a £30 million term loan facility.
- Advising lenders and corporate borrowers in respect of portfolio matters.
- Advising financial institutions, corporates and individuals in respect of a variety of finance and banking matters generally.
