Tom Currie is an associate in the London Private Equity and Corporate teams. He is experienced in primarily mid-market domestic and cross-border transactions representing private equity, corporate, founder and management shareholders.
Tom regularly advises on acquisitions, investments, exits and disposals, as well as undertaking portfolio advisory work. He has experience acting for clients in the financial services, technology, entertainment and industrial sectors.
- Acting for D&C Brands on the disposal of Dr. Organic to Damier NV.
- Acting for the management team of Outright Games on its secondary buyout backed by EMK Capital.
- Acting for MML Capital Partners on its exit from Waystone (a global leader in fund governance and compliance services), as well as advising on numerous platform acquisitions for Waystone.
- Acting for TPA Capital on its acquisitions of Bis Henderson and Barwick Bathroom Distribution.
- Acting for Safe Fleet, a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, on its acquisition of Durite, its first acquisition outside of North America.
- Acting for Yum! III (UK) on various transactions.
