Jason P. Chun

Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an associate at another law firm, where he focused his practice on assisting corporate clients, trade associations, critical infrastructure companies and commercial providers with regulatory, policy and compliance matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and state agencies. Jason advises clients on telecommunications compliance issues related to service providers and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) regulations, state certification requirements, 911 reliability, call handling and related obligations. Jason has extensive experience advising on securing regulatory approvals for FCC authorizations, including wireless and experimental licenses, antenna structure registrations, and assignments of authorization and transfers of control. Early in his career, Jason interned in the Media Bureau of the FCC, as well as for a multinational broadcaster and for a national mobile service provider.
