Wojciech Dmoch has been a tax adviser since 1997 (license no. 00007). He is a tax law specialist with more than 20 years of professional experience in all aspects of tax advisory, including drafting of tax opinions, tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions, preparing applications for the binding tax rulings, due diligence and representing clients before tax authorities during the tax proceedings and before the administrative courts.

Wojciech is the author of 41 publications on tax law, including the Commentary to the Polish Corporate Income Tax Act, published annually by C.H. Beck, and Deductibility of Direct and Indirect Costs in Corporate Income Tax, published in 2018 by Wolters Kluwer.
