Nina Driver is a practice development lawyer in the equity capital markets practice and is based in the Birmingham office. She is responsible for client training materials (including bespoke “teach-in” sessions) and publications, as well as providing day-to-day knowledge support to all equity capital markets lawyers in the UK offices.
