Rhianna Eden
Associate
Rhianna Eden is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group. She advises on a variety of finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, asset-based finance and general corporate lending. Rhianna has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on national and international transactions.
- Assisting on the financing aspects of the investment by Lloyds Development Capital into Global Autocare, which were supported by term loan facilities provided by National Westminster Bank Plc.
- Advising on a £22 million real estate finance transaction, to finance a number of acquisitions in the hotel sector.
- Acting for RBS Invoice Finance Limited on £42 million receivables finance facilities for Karro Food Limited and Young’s Seafood Limited.
- Playing a key role in the refinancing of a variety of large Yorkshire-based corporates, including acting for A-Safe Limited on a major transformational refinancing.
