Jason D. Floyd

While in law school, Jason served as an executive notes editor of Washington University’s Journal of Law and Policy, and he worked as a student lawyer in the Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic, where he advised nonprofits and businesses in the St. Louis area.

Jason worked as a contracts intern for a global aerospace company, where he wrote term sheets for new contracts and performed risk analyses on existing contracts. Jason also served as a legal intern for the Saint Louis Zoo, where he primarily worked on contract and employment law issues.
