Senior Associate
Edward is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team. Edward qualified in 2016 and has spent most of his career within the real estate sector. During this time, Edward has worked across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, focusing closely on landlord and tenant work, property development and real estate finance. Edward works predominantly within the retail and leisure sector, the energy sector and commercial development.
- Acting on a £7.7 million investment acquisition for a portfolio of 11 properties for a private company.
- Acting on a £7.5 million investment disposal of a shopping centre for a private company.
- Managing property portfolios for several international retail clients including advising on new property acquisitions and disposals, development of retails units and other landlord- and tenant-related matters.
- Acting on the acquisition of multiple leases of a film and television studios based in London.
- Acting on the acquisition of various sites for battery storage facilities and anaerobic digestion plants.
