Edward Forth advises on a wide range of property issues, including landlord and tenant work, property development and real estate finance.
Edward works predominantly within the retail and leisure sector, as well as the storage and distribution sector and advises a number of clients who hold large national property portfolios.
He also advises several notational housebuilders in connection with land acquisitions and development of residential schemes.
- Advising Vistry Partnerships on the acquisition and development of a £20 million-plus housing scheme in North Leeds.
- Acting for Yum Brands on the disposal of a 31-property portfolio to its franchisee.
- Managing property portfolios for several national clients such as Boux Avenue, Rymans, Sunbelt Rentals, Wendy’s and Wingstop including advising on new property acquisitions and disposals, development of new units and other landlord and tenant-related matters.
- Acting on the acquisition of a 180,000sqft facility in Wembley for Sunbelt Rentals.
- Acting on the acquisition of multiple leases of a film and television studios based in London.
