Colleen is a senior associate in the Corporate practice. She has advised public companies as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies on numerous mergers, acquisitions and sale transactions in a variety of industries.

In her corporate and M&A work, Colleen has served a broad range of clients across a number of industries, including multinational public companies, private equity firms, privately-held companies and closely-held family businesses. In addition to her M&A practice, Colleen has advised numerous public companies on general corporate matters, multi-national reorganizations and securities matters.

During law school, Colleen practiced in the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center. Additionally, she served as a legal extern for Judge Pat E. Morgenstern-Clarren, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

  • Advised a public multinational manufacturer of high performance specialty coatings, sealants and building materials in strategic acquisitions and general corporate matters.
  • Advised a manufacturer and distributor of home and long-term care medical products in a multi-national reorganization.
  • Advised a multinational plastics manufacturer in its strategic acquisition of a manufacturer of rotationally molded products.
  • Advised a multinational provider of infection preventing and other procedural products and services in its acquisition of a manufacturer of surgical devices.
  • Advised a privately held vinyl window manufacturer serving the multifamily, institutional and hotel markets in its sale to a multinational manufacturer of wood, vinyl and aluminum windows.
