Isabel N. Garcia

Prior to joining the firm, Isabel handled all aspects of litigation on behalf of insurance companies in general commercial litigation and employment cases. She has experience taking depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery and in trial.

During law school, Isabel received the Thelma C. Southard Award, the Dean’s Award for Professional Responsibility and the CALI Excellence for Lawyer Bargaining.

Isabel also served as a legal intern for the District Attorney’s office, a logistics technology company, the US Department of Interior, Investment Advisor Association and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Isabel was also a student practitioner who represented clients before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
