Tom Gassmann is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice based in Frankfurt. His practice focuses on national and international dispute resolution – in particular, national and international arbitrations, as well as national litigation.

Tom spent his legal clerkship in Stuttgart and Singapore, where he worked for leading German law firms in the fields of dispute resolution and arbitration, and corporate and M&A.

  • Representing a global automotive supplier in a €20 million SCC arbitration arising from a product recall.
  • Representing an investor from the UAE in a complex shareholder dispute involving various proceedings, including urgency proceedings, as well as criminal investigations with a total damage claim exceeding €18 million.
