Trae E. Graham is an associate in our Corporate Practice, focusing on the representation of corporate and institutional clients on matters such as merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital transactions, and institutional and private equity financing, as well as general corporate governance and developing and executing complicated strategic plans of corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Trae was an associate at a prominent regional firm, where his practice focused on counseling privately held and public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and family offices in a variety of corporate matters.
