Nick Green
Partner
Nick Green is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. Nick’s particular expertise covers development and corporate real estate with a focus on healthcare development, hotels and leisure and corporate acquisitions and disposals. He acts for a number of significant clients in relation to their acquisitions and disposals of real estate, joint ventures, investment transactions, whether purely asset or share agreements, and the asset management for clients with substantial leasehold portfolios.
Nick played rugby for Headingley, Wakefield and Leeds, and coached the mini and junior rugby at Bournville RFC for 12 years.
- Acting for the world’s largest specialty jewelry retailer in the sale and leaseback of its head office.
- Acting for a hotel operator in relation to the UK property elements of the disposal of its hotel portfolio.
- Acting for a UK motor dealership in relation to the disposal of its assets involving more than 40 sites.
- Acting in relation to the site acquisition, development, multi-letting and funding of more than 50 primary care facilities in England and Wales.
- Advising in relation to the pre-let of a new headquarters office of a FTSE 100 company.
