Stephanie Hadley
Associate
Stephanie Hadley is an associate in the Real Estate Litigation team and is based in the Birmingham office. Stephanie qualified in September 2019 after completing her training contract with the firm.
Stephanie is experienced in a wide range of real estate litigation matters, such as lease renewals, forfeiture, rent arrears, possession proceedings, property insolvency and adverse possession for a range of tenant and landlord clients across different industry sectors. She also has experience in debt recovery.
- Portfolio management, particularly in respect of retail client portfolios.
- Delivering strategic advice on landlord insolvency in respect of investment properties.
- Repossession of commercial properties.
- Providing advice to tenants in relation to dilapidations claims.
