Dan is a senior associate in our Global Corporate Practice Group based in our Paris office.

Dan specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has experience of a wide range of matters including divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, leveraged buy outs, tender offers, controlled auctions, corporate governance and equity investments.

Dan completed his training contract with the firm and previously worked in our Leeds office.

  • Acting for two former senior executives of the UK's leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors in a multimillion pound management buy-in.
  • Advising a UK-based private equity house on a merger involving two online pharmacies, creating one of the largest online providers of pharmaceuticals in the UK.
  • Acting for a FTSE 100 listed company on various transactions relating to its investment portfolio in France.
  • Advising a CAC 40 French utilities group on the sale of a subsidiary specialised in smart energy to a French private equity house.
  • Acting on a number of pan-European disposals for a CAC 40 French group specialised in industrial gasses.
  • Advising a US group specialised in the manufacture of tyres on the acquisition of a European group headquartered in Denmark.
