Rebecca W. Haverstick is a trial lawyer with experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including contract, banking and financial matters, securities, shareholder derivative, trade secret and noncompete issues, insurance, legal ethics and advertising, and probate litigation. She has trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Rebecca's recent litigation experience includes the representation of an international bank in multi-jurisdiction class actions related to a complex mortgage product, representation of a national bank in connection with claims related to a Ponzi scheme, complex accounting disputes and multi-party business divorce issues.
