Gary Hebert is a litigator who primarily focuses his practice on products liability defense, with a special emphasis on the representation of global manufacturers in matters across the US.

With over three decades of experience defending single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, Gary has handled matters relating to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, smoke detectors, heavy equipment, forklifts, elevators, escalators and other consumer products.

Gary regularly advises clients on risk mitigation and trial avoidance strategies. However, if litigation is unavoidable, Gary leverages his vast trial expertise to provide the most practical and efficient results, tailoring each approach to his clients’ unique needs.
