Anna-Maria Hesse
Senior Associate
Anna-Maria is a senior associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group based in our Berlin office. She has particular experience of litigated labor and employment matters, counseling national and international corporations on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, as well as related fields.
- Representing national and international companies, public and church employers in all fields of employment law.
- Advising on the all types of employment contracts, including managing director’s contracts.
- Developing out-of-court concepts and providing support in the acquisition of companies or restructurings following the acquisition of national and international companies.
- Representing clients in proceedings conducted before courts and authorities.
