Dominique Hibell is an associate in the Global Corporate Practice based in our Dubai office.

Her practice covers all aspects of corporate work, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, private equity, fund raises, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advice.

Dominique advises a mixture of private equity investors, corporates, entrepreneurs and individuals across a range of sectors in the local, national and international market.

Dominique is passionate about promoting and supporting diversity within the legal profession. She is also active within the firm’s Gender Diversity Group.

  • Advising Groupama S.A. on its sale of Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Limited and Mastercover Insurance Services Limited to Ardonagh Group together with Bollington Insurance Brokers to private equity firm Inflexion’s newly created Bollington Wilson Group.
