Dominique Hibell
Associate
Dominique Hibell is an associate in the Global Corporate Practice based in our Dubai office.
Her practice covers all aspects of corporate work, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, private equity, fund raises, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, shareholder arrangements and general corporate advice.
Dominique advises a mixture of private equity investors, corporates, entrepreneurs and individuals across a range of sectors in the local, national and international market.
Dominique is passionate about promoting and supporting diversity within the legal profession. She is also active within the firm’s Gender Diversity Group.
- Advising Aquiline Capital Partners LLC, a New York and London-based private equity firm, on its acquisition of HSM Ltd.
- Advising ECI Partners LLP on its investment into Moneypenny, a UK leading outsourced communications provider.
- Acting for Bay Tree Private Equity LLP on its inaugural investment into Prime Light Electrical Limited.
- Advising IT Lab Limited on its acquisition of Content and Cloud Limited.
- Acting for BGF on its investment into a multijurisdictional group company and market-leading provider of digital technology services to the cinema industry.
- Acting on a complex, multijurisdictional group reorganisation.
- Advising US consumer credit provider Snap Finance on its establishing of a UK operation through the MBO of Pay Weekly Store Limited.
- Advising Groupama S.A. on its sale of Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Limited and Mastercover Insurance Services Limited to Ardonagh Group together with Bollington Insurance Brokers to private equity firm Inflexion’s newly created Bollington Wilson Group.
