  • Acting on the AU$463 million sale of the nine-hectare Woolworths headquarters at Bella Vista, New South Wales, to a Singapore-based REIT, after having previously advised the same client with its initial purchase of the site.
  • Acting for domestic and international institutional funds and investors in connection with direct and indirect structured investment in Australian real estate and large scale commercial, industrial and hotel projects. Relevant transactions include acting on the acquisitions of the Australia Postal Corporation headquarters; Justice Precinct Offices, Parramatta; Woolworths’ headquarters, Bella Vista; Sheraton on the Park, Sydney; Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney; the Victorian Police Complex; Adina Barrack Plaza, Perth; Abode Woden, ACT; the Constance Hotel in Queensland; and Quest Serviced Apartments in Newcastle, Penrith and Nowra.
