Jessica Ice is an associate in the Public & Infrastructure Finance Practice, where she works with our other practice group members in all areas of municipal finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where she studied local, national and international economic conditions. Jessica published and presented research frequently on macro and regional economic conditions. Jessica also worked as a data analyst at JumpStart Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Northeast Ohio. At JumpStart, Jessica managed a biannual survey of entrepreneurs and aggregated data for grant applications.
