Jasmine Johnson is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She advises clients on a variety of complex transactional matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial contracts, securities offerings and corporate governance.

Jasmine earned a B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society and received the Chancellor’s Citation for Extraordinary Professional Promise.

Jasmine earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a Chancellor’s Law Scholar and Dean’s Leadership Award recipient. During law school, Jasmine served on the Moot Court Board and as a student-attorney for the Youth Opportunity Clinic.
