Jonathan Jones
Partner
Jonathan Jones is the firm’s European managing partner. Jonathan advises on all aspects of corporate finance work and has a particular specialism in private equity. He acts for financial institutions, private companies and management teams in the acquisition and disposal of private companies, many of which are cross-border.
Jonathan is listed in The Legal 500 2022 Hall of Fame, which highlights individuals within The Legal 500 volumes who have received constant praise by their clients for continued excellence, and who are “at the pinnacle of the profession”.
In Chambers 2022, Jonathan is ranked in Band 1 and is well regarded for his expertise in private equity matters. He acts for financial institutions, management teams and companies on a range of transactional and corporate matters.
