Litigation regarding the annulment of a 35 hours agreement, for lack of information and consultation of the ‘work council’;
Litigation before the Criminal Court, regarding charges of obstructing the duties of a staff representative;

Litigation regarding compensation for the damage related to the departure of employees taking (asbestos related) early retirement;
Litigation regarding work accident, respect of health and safety obligations for employers, “inexcusable fault”;
