Tenille Kearney is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, and has experience in corporate and commercial litigation and construction disputes.

    Tenille provides advice and assists with contentious and non-contentious matters involving breach of contract, property rights, equitable claims, negligence, competition and consumer law, corporations law, insolvency, administrative law and intellectual property.

    Tenille also has experience advising on aspects of construction contracts, assisting with construction disputes in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and District Court of Western Australia, and with adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA).

    • Preparing statutory demands and assisting with a Federal Court of Australia winding up application.
    • Assisting on behalf of clients with the conduct of and defence of various unfair preference payment claims.

    • Coordinating and assisting with the conduct of discovery in a complex and large-scale construction contract variation dispute in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
    • Assisting various contractors and subcontractors with preparation of adjudication applications and responses made under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA).
