Shaun Kim is a litigator focusing on business and commercial disputes. Shaun has experience in a broad range of matters, including class action, products liability, automotive product warranty, labor and employment and contractual disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Shaun developed a broad practice focused on a variety of civil litigation matters. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
