- Assisted the US subsidiary of a Japanese multinational sportswear and equipment manufacturing company in the sale of its 100% subsidiary, a manufacturer and retailer of sports apparel and accessories.
- Assisted a leading Japanese construction building materials company in an acquisition by its US-based consolidated subsidiary of multiple production facilities in the western United States.
- Advised a leading Japanese manufacturer of glass, chemicals and high-tech materials with the divestiture of its Chinese subsidiary.
- Advised one of the world’s largest Japanese steel companies in connection with the sale of a portion of its interest in a California-based joint venture.
- Assisted a major Japanese telecommunications company in the negotiation of complex documentation for the long-term grant of capacity in a transoceanic submarine cable system.
