Ann-Kristin Kleine Jäger is an associate in our global corporate practice group in our Frankfurt office.

She supports the Frankfurt Corporate team in public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures and venture capital financing with focus on cross-border transactions. She also supports the team in financial law issues and in international arbitration proceedings.

During her studies, she specialised in German and European private insurance law and obtained certificates for European and International Law (EIus) and Patent and Innovation Protection (PATINS). She graduated with a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of Exeter, England.

She completed her legal clerkship in Mainz and New York City, where she worked in the legal department at the German American Chamber of commerce.
